    How long a sample?

    Hi,
    just quick question.
I wrote short story lately based on the idea my friend inspired me. We made deal, that I write and she edits (while she studied literature at the university) I undersand the role of the editor completely, wording, suggestions, cutting sentences, omitting paragraphs if this is necessary. But after she gave me my manuscript back I found out that some paragraphs are extended, the story did not change, but still she added sentences to my text. I mean it is good and I like it, but up to what point I know that my editor is still editor and not almost cowritter? Should not she just gave me ideas or hints how to change it? Then me as author I will work on it and rewrite?

P.s. sorry for my grammar I am not native speaker and even do not write in english..

Hello Ray, and it's wonderful to meet you virtually!

I'd like to eventually send along a couple of things and would greatly appreciate your subjective voice on my writing. It would help me move forward and I know it will only help me write better content.

    Warm regards,
